Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Include clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within a short time after placing them. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
